Where is RAIN located and where does RAIN service?

We are based in South Sydney but travel far and wide to bring your floral dreams to life. From the Southern Highlands to The Hunter Valley, South Coast and beyond!

How do I book RAIN in for my wedding?

Enquire here! We’ll get back to your enquiry with details on our availability and jump on a call or chat through email to create your quote. Once we’ve chatted through the details and you’re happy with the quote, it’s time to lock it in by paying a deposit - now the magic starts! We’re in this together.

Do I need to have everything figured out to book RAIN or can I update my quote once booked in?

We will only provide a quote once your major details are figured out (location, date) but are happy to chat through floral and styling details with you to achieve your desired look! Your final quote can be slightly altered until 2 weeks before your wedding date. 

What are RAIN’s terms and conditions and policies?

  • $500 (+gst) deposit to lock in date. Quote can still be slightly altered after this point.

  • Deposit non-refundable.

  • Final payment due 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations after this point are non-refundable.

  • Flowers subject to availability at Sydney Flower Market, we try our best to fulfill all your floral wants but cannot guarantee exact flower types due to forever changing seasons.

  • All items apart from flower and foliage material remains property of RAIN floral design. 

  • Bump out or return of décor items to be discussed with couple.


How far in advance do I need to book?

We suggest getting in touch and locking in your date with us as soon as possible. Most couples reach out anywhere from 6-18 months before their big day.

How much will it cost?

We custom quote based on your floral wants and needs. There is no one size fits all when it comes to pricing your floral dreams. That’s the beauty of RAIN floral design, all our quotes are customised to you and your wedding

Does RAIN offer styling ?

We sure do! See our styling guide here. Please note our styling guide is forever changing and being updated, so if you have something else in mind please let us know and we can chat through how we can make that happen for you.

What is ‘Bump Out’ and can I keep my flowers after the wedding ?

On most of our quotes you will see a section called ‘Bump Out’. This is just another way of saying pack down/clean up. So this fee on your quote includes all the pack up of RAIN items (eg. vases, arbours, candles, plinths etc) as well as detaching any hanging or hard to reach arrangements. All flowers are yours to keep after your wedding, we just take back the extra props/RAIN items.

I don't know what I want for my wedding. Can I just provide my budget and colour palette and give RAIN creative freedom?

YES! Our best work comes from when we have creative freedom. Please let us know your colour palette and budget, leave the rest to us to create something special for your wedding day

Does RAIN have a minimum spend?
